A/c Motor Running All The Time

Hi,

I'm looking to try to diagnose a problem with a 2010 RX450h.

Just recently the A/C motor has started to run all the time even when stationary and the car temperature is below the set temperature.

When I press the start button the A/C motor starts up and the cars no longer silent when stationary.

I've turned the A/C to "off" and the motor stops and all is quiet again.

Any ideas - is it a sensor that's failed.

Hello quite often and the ACC does run all the time you have to turn it off manually if you don't want it to run

It's working as designed. I wouldn't worry. The fan will stay on even if the heater is on
