Retrofitting Heated Mirror Glass?

Recommended Posts

So, at about this time of year, one of the things I fnd surprising on the LS400 (Mk4) is that the door mirrors do not have heated glass. Even my 1990 190E had heated door mirrors!

Do we know if this was an option? Or if it can be retrofitted, perhaps from JDM/US/CA models?

ambermarine is right

i am sure all lexus models came with heated mirrors.

sometimes the heating elements part from the mirror on the back causing the mirror to darken or have a rainbow effect on it meaning it needs to replacing. might be worth inspecting to see if its an aftermarket non-heated mirror

Or get the wife or one of the kids to read it and explain what the green and yellow lines mean on the reversing camera screen, a close friend had to have this explained to him.
