changing coilovers. link for manual?

i am going to swap my coilovers for the same ones but these have lower springs.

 

does anyone have a guide to do this? (think i have spring compressors.)

 

the new springs are already on shocks so its swap for swap.

 

also does anyone have a link to a good workshop manual?

 

or a really good one that doesnt cost to much?

Hey mate you don't need a spring compressor as you don't need to remove the springs, it's a really easy job providing you have the right tools and the tools that are needed are only pretty much standard workshop equipment, there's a good guide on here if you search it up.   Shouldn't take you any longer than a couple of hours max providing the bolts aren't too rusty and seized!
