Well I was a bit surprised that the manuals are online. And its nearly 400 pages long and thats just one!!!

May very well have some questions when i take delivery mate

For basic use you can read the reduced version of manual; not sure if it's online  also, but initially enjoy it driving cocooned.in quietness ;-)

Don't try to stay too much in EV mode, and use NORMAL drive setting , you will experience the other settings later on, you will be surprised every day discovering new features and care for particulars Lexus has.
