Once you've owned an LS you've got the disease, it's sadly incurable, even with therapy, you'll be back!

Yes it happened to me as well. I said, rather lamely, I would have another one but thought it very unlikely. They are very special cars and the bug bites. I have a big grin on my face everytime I drive it. Interestingly, the longer you own one the more you begin to appreciate how good they are.

Just had a ride in a friend's Peugeot 208 SW 2014. He paid £15,000 for the top model but quite honestly it did not ride as well as my LS.

On that comparison I have £11,500 to spend on fuel!  (I wish!)

......  I think that once you are accustomed to the magic carpet ride in the Ls400, whatever car you drive subsequently, if you enjoy that wafting around ride, you will be very hard pressed to find another car with such comfort .

The Honda Legend we have is brilliant but the ride is oh so damn hard by comparison :wink3:
