Hi guys,

I have a problem with my is200 that drives me mad could anyone help please ?

so here is the issue:

All started with changing the timing belt. drove out of garage everything seemed fine, but as soon as engine warmed rev jumped up to between 3000 and 4000.

I removed  throttle body  and the gasket was split. I decided to glue it with this glue:

but it did not work.

can anyone please help me with this issue. do I need a new gasket or hermetic will do the job? I`m just student and trying to spend less money:))
