basically its all to do with subscribed members using AOL.... Some members are subscribed to a category and if they are using AOL then the SMTP fails causing the error. AOL returns an error saying that the email is invalid thus causing the error. The email sent uses certain <> tags and to AOL if they are not tagged correctly then the email errors occur... AOL will not fix this problem

Now I take it you spotted a messsage stating your post has been posted?
