Problems with Lexus IS220D

Hi guys new here, so I've recently bought myself an IS220D had it for about 4 weeks now, 1st week I had it not a problem 2nd week lights start playing up,cutting out and the car randomly enters limp mode? But anyway the limp mode problems been fixed. 3rd week, lights are still playing up and when I'm in 3rd 4th gear it's like my car has no power at around 3000rpm 4000 rpm it's literally like I try to floor it but it just holds back for some reason, I have my foot planted but it just stays there. Hope anyone can help here because I've taken it to Lexus they said they found the problem but it has literally done jack ****.

To be honest NOTHING it still has a flat spot in 3rd and 4th at around 3000rpm it's so frustrating and for the lights to start working again I have to switch them off and on
