I presumed it was a showcase of Lexus' recent projects and how it tied into designing the LC

Yeah... I got the first part, though I was not exactly clear of "how they tied into" building LC. I could certainly see where Lexus "Sport Yacht" landed in LC, but hoovering skateboard, the "jet capsule" thing and colibri really confused me... 

Though overall nice CGI.... I liked it just not exactly "got the message".... maybe I am lacking imagination?!

I think it was meant to emphasise the fact that all are built from the same materials, hence why they sort of collapse into components and then form something else.

Perhaps its a way of showing how they've fused multiple concepts into the car. 

Anyway - the message received to the viewer will be different for each one but I thought it was a cool advert regardless!

I agree on that... maybe that is my mistake to look for purpose in everything..

Slight deviation to the other one - this one is for Europe so expect it on your TV screens at some point - maybe on Channel 4!
