Hi everyone.

I've searched but can't seem to find any information regarding HID kits on their cars so thought I'd ask.

Has anybody done a HID upgrade on their car? If so, which kit did you buy?

With my CT200h I'm looking for a kit that will work with the auto-light feature (H11 bulb). I had a cheep eBay kit on my Honda Accord and it worked faultlessly. Hoping somebody can point me in the right direction of a reasonably priced kit that is tried and tested.

(please no "HID kits are illegal" etc).

If you have projectors then yes if not don't put hids in and you will blind other drivers as the pattern is very different. I did it with the stock projectors on my is250 and X5 the light is pretty bad with the is250 but great with the X5 both same kits.  Hid projectors and halogen projectors are very different, true hid projectors will be much brighter and show more visible light. The k rating is something you need to research as the whiter the light the less visible light you will see
