White Smoke....

Hi, I have noticed lately in the morning and when i leave the car off for couple hrs and I start it i see white smoke comming out the exhaust. Can anyone tell me if this is normal when it is cold or is there something i can check or do

There has recently been a few posts regarding the white smoke issue that quite a few Lexus owners are experiencing. From what I have garnered from the posts is that if you are not loosing engine coolant, it is not considered a major problem.

OMG, that is exactly the same problem i am having... I have in the trunck of my car about 2 bottles of power steering fluid..... time to see if i can fix this myself or paysome... I really wonder how hard it will be to replace the valve..does anyone have a pic??

worn valve seals seems to be a common problem... to be honest the car will go on for many 1000's of miles with this.. just embarresing in the mornings!

Yep, i tend to start the car when people are not around just because of this. But i want to get valve replace ASAP... BTW, how much is this valve and can i get it from pepboy or track auto ??

What is the exact name for it so i can go get it now :)
