Lexus UK nothing like Lexus US, there is no hope for... sorry.. In fact Lexus Europe not even acknowledged sticky dash issue.. in UK we don't really have issues like that, but Spain and Portugal are very similar to California... and definitely has similar issues, but Lexus don't on this side of the pond doesn't want to hear it.

That's because hardly anyone complains here and 99% of people here do not care about cars. You guys are too old to care or too Americanized (if its a word).

I agree... Brits don't have car culture like in US (are at least no longer have...). In public motorists are blamed for anything and everything which in the end of the day induces lack of self-respect and makes many of "us" too afraid to speak-up. That is including to the dealers... Honestly, who has true and great relationship with their dealer, like they literally care if you happy with the car etc... that is past. Now car is like service in UK, you use a car for some time, then ~ years later it gets replaced for you. Some are better than others, but no hard feelings about it..
