Wing mirror not working

As you know the hand book doesn't list the fuses so finding photos on google is the key, both drivers and passenger side kick panels ( down by your feet :wink3:) fuse 41 and 42 seem to be for powering mirrors / power windows/ gefogger etc .

If its just one mirror it could be a poor connection in the wiring plug in the door .

Does it have a switch to select which mirror that you wish to adjust?

Have you selected the correct mirror?   :)

No they fold as a pair so not that but they are switchable left and right

When reversing if the mirror to adjust switch is set to the left (near side) then the mirror should automatically dip so you see more of the curb.

If it was a power supply issue then the mirror would not dip as standard.

With help of another (if your arms aren't long enough), have you tried manually moving (encouraging it gently) it as the mirror fold button is selected.

Mine got moving that way and I've found that used regularly it works better as previously one side or the other would only part fold.
