Hi,

My 2014 GS 300h F Sport just got back from service, and they applied a new software version on the ECU. With this update, the fuel consumption dropped from an average of 39Mpg to 46Mpg, which is quite an improvement.

It sound strange to me, I own one of first releases of MY 2014 GS300h and fuel consumption was always around 45 mpg.

Have you some info more about update? (TSB number)

No, they just told me they've updated the hybrid system software. Do you know a simple way to get it?

Your GS fuel consumption is lower than mine, this can be explained by everyday course driven and it can also show that your foot is lighter than mine :)

My driving style is usually normal, I don' t care too much about hypermiling tricks, I just try to avoid unuseful accelerations and hard braking. My best was trying hypermiling 25km/l and my worse about 13,5 (to have MPG multilply by 2.8)
