DAB Radio tuning

I'm sure this has been done before but searches have not been very conclusive.  So, can anyone give me a step by step (and I mean step, step 2 etc) process on how to tune in my channels so I can have a list of presets to choose from.  

I have a 2017 Sport Plus

Just noticed this question,as you have surmised this process is insanely difficult and would be difficult to explain without being present.It took me well over an hour to set the 6 presets.

Briefly though you have to search for each station in manual mode and then switch  to presets to store,the complication comes from the fact that each station is in frequency order and not alphabet name order unlike most DAB.This means once you have found,say bbc2 it will be grouped with some but not all other bbc stations,these groups are called ensembles and you have to search each one separately.I found the handbook of little use and resorted to button mashing .

I previously had a Blaupunkt DAB which searched alphabetically had it tuned in 10 minutes.
