I've looked around for an answer beforehand but no luck, sorry if this has been covered before.

My dome light runs perfectly, however when the switch is either set to "on" or "door" the switch skips over the connection resulting in a momentary flash. The switch can be held on the right spot to activate but the tension in the switch will pull it past contact.

Is there anything that can be done to adjust the contact or or limit the travel?
