Cruising Range Stuck on 0

Just added a 2014 ct200h to our family of cars. The cruising range doesn't seem to move from 0. It seems to be stuck on 0. I haven't filled the tank yet but there is good amount of fuel in there.

Any ideas?

I'd go fill it. The average mpg reading on the current consumption display resets when it is filled up, the range probably does the same. This is all assuming the fuel gauge is working - if it isn't then you more likely have a broken connection or faulty sensor. Also it will say 0 when you get down to about 1/6 of a tank as the reserve is huge.
