Lexus ISF Mod's

Recommended Posts

Probably the most number of mods, exhausts etc I have seen on one site. Good reference point, no doubt the postage will make most of their prices unrealistic...

Another nice site........

Arghh my credit card can't take this awesomeness.

I love the roof spoiler and the carbon boot spoiler.

You could lose alot of money having a spend up on these sites, then you're better off buying your own aircraft to fly it back, cheaper than the postage...

I personally could and would spend zero :)

I'm just not into modifications, but each to their own

just cos you've already got your carbon bonnet! :wink3:

LOL :)

It's just because I'm not very artistic and therefore rely on the original designers. If I was left to design / mod my own car, I'd end up with something like......

You say that like it's a bad thing!

I really liked what you did to the grill. And for those that have not seen your car in the flesh, I can verify that it looks lovely.

I truly believe that many of the mods you will / have carried out, depict what the ISF should have been in the first place. The stock design is far too understated.

Having said that, I’m a ******* cook and therefore I wouldn’t alter a recipe designed by a professional chef. Likewise I am not artistic, so I wouldn’t t attempt to change something designed by a professional car designer. In addition to this limitation, changing a lightbulb is a major job for me, so carrying out mods is as big a challenge as climbing Everest 😀

I admire the work - keep it up.

@Flytvr I knew I was always going to divide opinions with my car but I totally get both sides of the argument for (and against) modifications on all cars.

I think your RCF is amazing and like you and others say, I think the ISF should have been more like the Carbon RCF from day one.

I'll post some pictures of my 1990 MR2 later on so you can see some previous form. I've been modding cars since I was in my late teens so if I can see what (in my opinion) improves the look of a car then I would always do it for my own benefit. If others like it too then that's all good.

Seeing your RCF there is nothing I'd do that hasn't already been done but the ISF begs for some improvements, albeit most of them are merely cosmetic. The fact there are relatively few performance mods available for our cars shows what a great job Lexus did from the factory!

Merry Xmas all!
