I get mine for free.  I just wait until dusk and pop a hoodie on and half inch the neighbours dust caps.

Only joking of course but most independent auto stores sell a pack of 4 dust caps for around £1.49 or you can go to Halfords who charge a fiver a pack.

Clearly a case of misrepresentation but, to defend the undefendable, the seller could argue that the majority of his typical customers for OEM

 replacement caps are likelier to want to replace lost singles than entire stolen sets.

For valve caps simplygo to a pound shop where you can find all kinds of caps at 4 for a pound. Oh and not all of them are crap. A lot of them are very good quality.
