They look decent pieces, better than the Mild steel stuff from Demon Tweeks.

Can i ask how much it all was , what is the wall thickness of the SS.

are you using SS wire on the welder aswell

Yes the exhaust is very loud, of course it sounds good like a Supra a bit, but too loud, at all for Austrian street laws. :crybaby:

I solved the wastegate problem, so the turbo spools up pretty quick as you can see in the vid made in the garage. :winky:

Today I turned out of a cross and only got on the gas in first gear.... in the middle mirror I saw two ~7m long, fat, black stripes on the street :crying:

I thought: "Take care.... you should save some tires.... ;) "

But the car pulls really good and I have to find a solution how to make it more silent.

Because cops could rip off my number plate with that loudness.....

mike what psi you got now since you have the return fuel lines in

Which pressure do you mean?

Fuel pressure or boost??

I can adjust boost between 0.5bar and anything....

Hi guys!

I removed my air filter to another place.

First off, there it can get enough cold air.

Second, it wouldn't be good if cops would see the cone air filter (they are forbidden here).

that should get some serious cold air down there mate

OMG I can't say how cool that is.

The Turbo is as loud as the exhaust now and today I had the first faster run with it.

The car pulls much better than before..... it took a few seconds to reach 160kmh from 50kmh..... oh man... so cool!!

It gets much cold air from the hole next to the fog lamp, the diameter is bigger and it doesn't have such air flow resistance as the gum thing before.

The turbo spools up much quicker..... it was a really good solution.

Yesterday (before the filter upgrade) I had a race against a Porsche Carrera 4. :whistling:

It was a highway run..... :crying:

He was pulling away slowly, so I can't say that he really killed me, I was sticking on his a**. B)

At 200kph he let off and I passed him.....
