Exhaust Pipe Problems

I have just noticed that my exhaust pipe on IS200 is dripping a black watery oily deposit from it. It should be dry,reddish,tan colour for a healthy engine.

Anybody have any ideas what this could be? I have looked up a couple of websites and they say the possibilities could be be piston ring,cylinder head gasket,burning oil faults..

Does this happen from a cold engine or hot engine.

that should be on the spark plugs not at the exhaust- if it was a greyish colour at the exhaust then fair enough as that will be normal - pitch black means its running rich. you will get an amount of condensd water vapour, but as long as its not blue/black smoke then i wouldnt worry too much.
