Hi guys, I've been on this website for about 6 months now, but have only just registered. And what a great site!!!

Anyway, back to the question. At the end of the week, I will be removing my headlights and installing some demon eyes which my brother just bought me. When the lights are out, I will be removing the orange indicator bit (to make the light look MUCH better) and replacing the bulb with a chrome bulb that flashes orange, found here:

My question is, does the bulb have a opposite or offset pins? I have a '99 IS200 S.

try taking your current one out and have a looksee. It saved me money

there not that style at all!!

they are a spade type bulb very similar to the type used in ford side repeaters but very large.

they have the same end as this LED replacement bulb

May I confirm if both front and rear indicators use the same 7440A bulbs? Are the side indicators normal W5W ones?

Like the pic says....the fronts are a 7440 wedge pattern, no pins

No, the rear ones are something different. I'll look at work tomorrow if I remember and let you know.

But yes, the side ones are W5W, I'm sure.

Ok, the rear indicator bulbs are 7507A, which are offset bayonet connections. You can get these in silver from eBay too:

Before you all go spending money on bulbs based on what I've said - can anyone who actually has an IS please confirm that I'm not fibbing?

...In which it probably says that your rear indicator lights are a PY21W (or 7507).
