Come-on guys, I still need help! I just concluded a lengthy call with someone at Toyota in California, about finding a way around the "velocity" control that shuts most featrures on the navi and the cell phone when the vehcile is in motion. I was advised this is simply a "phylosophical" issue. Kind of a Big Brother watching out for us. I was informed this is the single biggest complaint. He agreed that there MUST be a way around it, but he is doubtful that anyone at Lexus would divulge this. We talked about a waiver of liability when you push the "agree" button on the navi right now, if there would also be one for the cell and allow them to work. Not getting anyhwere.

Who is our technical electronic guru here? Has anyone experimented with this issue?
