1998 Gs300 Plug Cover?

hi guys, i just got a lexus gs300 and after a coupole of days of heavy rain it started running really lumpy. so i had the mechanics take a look and we changed all the plugs, the back 2 were absoloutley swimming in water. Is there supposed to be a plug cover? as mine appears to be missing one, and there are fixings for a cover. Any idea if there is supposed to be a cover were i could find one? Thanks, Andrew
