Well as you know I am looking for the required spare parts for my Eaton M62 supercharger in order to do a precaution service. Well today I managed to find the first part. I bought the pulley bearing. The shop did not hadvethe Nachi bearing (was out of stock), but we found together with the seller the dimensions of the nachi bearing and I got a PFI bearing (made in USA), which has exactly the same dimensions. And the price? Only 10 euro! ;)

excellent price.. finding the bearing is norm quite hard as its a very strange size.. well done. make sure you get some wide gap bearing retainer ( loctite) as the bearing is a loose fit on the bearing support!

hi ed, yep what i meant.... any issues fitting it except for needing pipework reducers?

No Rob, you do need any other parts apart from the silicone hose reducers and intercooler fittings. Some shops like the one me and Ed got supply you with the fittings.

Hi. As some of you might now I fitted an HJS 200 cell catalytic converter a few weeks ago instead of the Magnaflow catalyst that I bought from eBay. The reason of this decision was due to the inform I got from two exhaust tuning shops I visited in order to arrange an appointment to fit the Magnaflow exhaust. Both shops informed me that the model of the Magnaflow I bought was small and not adiquate to handle more than 200bhp. I would probably damage the Magnaflow catalytic converter and maybe the O2 sensor (fitted after the catalytic converter). So they suggested to fit an HJS 200 cell. They also stated that I would not have problems with check engine light. So since I wanted more performance I decided to go for the HJS catalytic converter. Unfortunately after a few days the check engine light appeared while I was driving with a steady speed (90km) at the heighway. I pulled over and reset the ECU and the check engine light turned off. This phenomenon happened two more times again while I was driving the motorway. All the times that I drived aggresively and full throttle I did not have any problems. I enjoyed the extra power and performance. So today I went back to the exhaust shop and fitted a ceramic spacer. So I hope I will not have any further problems with check engine light. The pic shows the HJS cat before we added the spacer:

Also today I received the TRD gear gearknob that I ordered from ebay:

The pic is not very good, but I will take a better one tomorrow.

While the car was on the ramp I took some photos of my HKS Silent Exhaust.

Today just outside of my garage one of my steering wheel houses collapsed and i lost all of the steering wheel hydraulic fluid. I found the faulty hose, changed it and refilled the tank with new ATF hydraulic fluid. I also took the opputunity to polish my carbon fiber air scoop.
