"check Hybrid System"

Hi all, started the GS450h today to be greeted with red warning triangle, orange engine management light & check hybrid system message, re started twice same but now just the orange engine light on. Any ideas ?

Called Cambridge for help usual problems looking at it or lending me a car in spite of having recently serviced it so tried Hatfield " no problem Sir call in tomorrow we will lend a car and look at yours straight away " How these dealers differ !

Started her up this morning to drive to Hatfield, no warning lights on so still took it in to be told "software upgrade required £50 please but not covered by the warranty " may come on again if we don't do it I am not good with electronics but wonder why it righted itself but still required an upgrade, but at least Hatfield are allways helpfull and did it whilst I had a coffee. Good service again.

Upgrade has been done , car runing fine (as it was when I arrived ) Oct 2006 registered 45,000 miles covered

Sorry, 1 registered June 2006 so just out of the 3 year and not covered by 1 year used vehicle warranty
