The Valve Of My Is200 Is Probably Broken

Hello everyone,

My IS200 (1998) makes a big noise every time after the car is warmed up.

The rpm is keeping at about 2000 even though I have stopped my car. (It is normal when I just start the engine.)

My friend told me it is probably one of the valve is broken.

It is true?

How much does it cost to change a new valve cylinder?

What kind of noise is your car making? Banging, clanging, tapping? And how loud is it?

If one of your valves were broken I'd expect the noise to be there all the time, not just when it was warm.

Is your engine check light on? Because if it is, you should have the code read to see what's wrong.
