Thingy On The Bottom Of The Doors?

I have a 2000 GS300 in Champagne Silver (I think) and it has some plastic strips along the bottom of the front doors that are damaged and hanging off for about 10cm on the opening end of the door.

I have no idea what they are called so can't hunt for a replacement.

Also, if I do replace them - Is it a difficult job and is it really worth doing?

Other than this issue the car is beautiful, in good nick and a lovely runner.
