Lexus Connected Services

Has anyone tried to use the "Connected Services" so that I can use the portal (I have registered) to download memory points to the Satnav? I have an Orange mobile phone and even Orange do not appear to have the information I need....The drop down list in the car does have T-Mobile but it failed.

Lexus are aware of the issue with the Orange network and should have fix soon.

Spent over a hour on the phone to Orange trying to do it manually but with no joy, works on the ohter networks fine.

I was pleased to see this topic because I've been ahving the same problem .. i can tell you that six weeks on the techs still dont know how to fix it!

James. I have samsung galaxy s2 on vodafone and can't get it to work. Any advice? do you need tethrering on?

I've managed to get it working with my BlackBerry that's on an Orange contract (but I'm still not happy about it needing a DUN phone rather than using PAN!).

Orange Settings in Lexus

Country: UK

Network: Other

Username: user

Password: pass

APN: orangeinternet

Dial Number: *99#

That's it. I was half expecting it to need DNS details, and I was definitely expecting it to need a connection string... but it doesn't.

I have a Blackberry Torch on O2 and cant get it to work either, I was banking on asking at the dealers when I take car for first service .

I am not technically minded at all and assumed it was down to the phone more than network?
