Please read the details below and follow the donation instructions...

*** Note this is for Japanese cars only - no exceptions.. non Jap cars will be refused entry ***

If you have any questions then please visit MissBanzai.net or post them below, and your friendly MissBanzai rep will try and answer them for you. The run will kick off at Arena Essex (RM19 1AE) on Saturday 20th October 2012 from 8.30pm.

Maps will be handed out on arrival to those who have pre-paid through the Just Giving site.

There will be no entry to the site after 10.15pm so please arrive on time!

Last map hand out/registration will be 10:35pm

This will give you plenty of time to meet your friends, have look around your fellow runners cars and have something to eat and drink.

Please register your attendance by visting http://www.justgiving.com/TunnelRunOctober2012 and donating your £8.00 per car fee.

Or you can now donate via text, This will cost £10 per car for your fee (but it is nice and easy)

Text MBTR69 £10 to 70070

If you send your donation via text you MUST complete the gift aid form and write in the comments your forum and user name.

If you do not do this we will have no way of tracking your donation, and you will have to donate again on the night.

When donating via the web page please put user name & club in the comments – nothing else.

When donating via text please complete the gift aid form putting your user name and club - nothing else in the comments box.

Donations made via the Just Giving site or text will go direct to our nominated charity, The London Air Ambulance. We like to do a tunnel run for this charity at least once a year, just to say thanks for all the hard work they do.

Simple Rules

-Please arrive at the arena no earlier than 8.30pm. PLEASE NOTE you should use the go kart track entrance to the arena.

-There will be a £2 per person cash charge entry fee on the gate, to cover the arena hire costs and administration.

-When donating online in the comments please put your club name & forum user name - nothing else, or on the gift aid comments box if donating via text.

This list will be used to hand out the route maps of the run on the night, so if your names not down you are not coming in (well not getting a map anyway!)

-There *may* be a limited number of maps on the night BUT this is NOT guaranteed, so please donate before you come.

Any maps that are available on the night will be £10 and will not be handed out until all pre paid maps are allocated. You will also be expected to purchase a bit of MissB merchandise (CD/Sticker etc), just to show your good nature and you didn't mean to forget to pre pay.

-Payments for maps can only be taken up to 13:00 on 20th October 2012 on the Just Giving site or via text. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AFTER THIS TIME or you will not be included on the list of maps for us to allocate on the night!

-If you do not pay you are not guaranteed a map.

-Entry is £8 per car for a map (prepay on Just Giving), £10 per car via text and £2 per person in cash on the gate to the arena on the night to cover the arena costs and administration.

-This event is for Japanese cars only.. nothing else! There will be marshalls on the gate.

-Please remember to drive responsibly - anyone not doing so will be asked to leave the site.

-You will need to bring sat nav / London A-Z for when you get lost. A passenger / map reader is also essential!

Some sponsor companies will be awarding prizes on the night for the best turned out cars of the evening. The prizes could be awarded to any Jap cars from Civics to Skylines... so get polishing!!!

Prize categories include

- Best car of the night

- Best Modified car

- Cleanest car

- Rocking rims

- Spirit of The Tunnel Run (This goes out to the team that has taken tunnel running to a whole new level, team dress up etc..)

And many others… Prizes to be confirmed.

We had approx 450 cars from various different Jap car clubs along last time, and have raised over £18,000 online for various charities to date, so make sure you come along and be part of it this and help raise some cash for a very worthy cause!!

*Please note MissBanzai.com will not be held responsible for anyone driving dangerously or misbehaving at the Arena Essex,

Please make this a fun and safe event. When driving on public roads please abide by the rules of the road at all times. We want to be able to run this event for many years in the future, please don’t ruin it for your fellow tunnel runners by driving dangerously or breaking the law*

A Skyline R33 GTR on a gnarly set of proper VOLKs TE37s won rocking rims, they won some of the kleers soapy cloth wipes.

The other collection of cars lined up won a nice Veilside T-shirt each.

Thirdly:

The winner of best car of the night also received a t-shirt from Skifle's Vinyls.

Who also supplied all the tunnel run stickers, t-shirts and hoodies, of which there are still some available.

Without these guys supporting us, the Missbanzai Tunnel Runs wouldn't be able to continue as they are, so please, go on their facebook pages and like them.

Finally, a massive thanks to the Missbanzai crew for all their hard work, time and dedication, without which, these tunnel runs wouldn't happen at all, their facebook is;

http://www.facebook....ups/MissBanzai/

and the forum is

http://www.missbanzai.net

Please join up on either and share your photos and stories/thoughts of your evening.

Finally, thanks to all of you guys and girls who turned up, in the pouring rain, without you lot coming and supporting us, these events would not be the same or even worthwhile us doing, so our thanks to you. Next time, invite your friends!
