Blue Dash Lights

Hi Apologies if this is in the wrong section as I don't post regular. Please help I would like to change my dash lights to blue including the temp gauges, can anyone tell me how I go about this and how hard it is to do. I own a Lexus Is 200 (51 Plate) Just think they look better than amber. thanks in advance. Craig
