Hi

I recently brought a 99 is200 , the car is great but I have a problem with the stereo wiring,

The stereo/disc changer that was in the car did not work so I brought a replacement , should have been a straight forward switch over but when I went to do this I noticed that the plugs have been cut off at some point and then reattached but obviously not correctly as stereo not working when connected, all I need to do is reconnect the wires but I dont know which ones go to which so if anyone can upload a detailed photo or something similar so I can see what I need to do it would be massively appreciated ! :shifty:

Try putting a similar message in the is200 section. May get more response there. There are some very knowledgeable folk on there who I'm sure will be able to help you out. Sparkystav is one who comes to mind.
