Lexus Gs300 Pick Up Problem

Hello all, have just bought my first lexus,a y reg 2001 Gs300 with 74k and FLSH. Have the engine management light on and have had it code read ....showing initially the following codes, p0171,p0174 and p0141.was then told to drive and see if ligjt came on again which it did, this time only giving p0141 code. Can see from the forums thatthis denotes bank 1sensor 2 oxygen sensor.Where abouts is this sensor and how easy is it to get to and why only the P0141 code the second time? Also have noticed that if I attempt to floor the car from start the pick up is very poor to the point where it the cars revs dont seem to pick up at all(car seems to have no power at all) however if I accelerate gradually then the car seems to pick up fine. Could this simply be a case as suggested by a mechanic of this car not being driven enough as it only seems to have covered around 3/4000 miles / year for the last four to five years and hence requiring a good burn out at high speed , or could there be another reason?

Bank 1 sensor 2 is the second one on the manifold system towards the front of the engine. i.e. there is one manifold that comes from the front 3 cylinders, and the second one does the back three cyclinders. There is an O2 sensor near the top of the 1st manifold (bank 1 sensor 1), and a second one further down the manifold towards the ground (bank 1 sensor 2). On the second manifold towards the back of the engine, the top sensor is bank 2 sensor 1, and bank 2 sensor 2 is under the car under the drivers seat area.

Might be worth checking the MAF and giving it a bit of a clean.
