O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

I'm having the bank 1 sensor 1 problem in my GS430.
Does it make a difference if I have a RHD car?

I mean, isn't the sensor 1 always under the driver? So in my case on the right side of the car?
Looking at this diagram it says bank 1 is on the left side of the car so shouldn't the sensor 1 be on that side too?

I'm confused of what sensor to change and from where (more precisely is it the passengers or the drivers side sensor?). :S

I assume the order of the cylinders and banks don't change whether I have RHD or LHD car.

Why thank you sir! Now I just need to know where the other end is located? It's in the engine bay area, isn't it?

Clublexus should take an example of this. That is how you explain things, with clear pictures and simple instructions.

I was about to change the D as in bank 2 sensor 2.

Thanks again! :)
