My LS430 costs me £445 per year , fully comp , with mrs on it .

Best quote I had on the compare sites was £870 due to 3 points and the fact that I've had two accidents one was my fault !

Mine is on a classic car policy with RH specialist insurance, 5000 miles p.a. , plenty for me. It includes legal cover, European cover and breakdown cover, cost around £215 . I have one conviction, a TS10 traffic light offence (don't ask) 4 years ago. You must be running another car, but it works for me as i also have a car for a workhorse

Twin, I've just renewed mine with Adrian Flux insurance on my LS400 mk4. They quoted me £359 fully comp. I had to tell them of an accident I was involved in, (not my fault). They then quoted me £372 with an increased excess from £250 to £450. I accepted that offer but insured the larger excess for a further £39. I ended up paying around £411 all in, so hopefully, in the event of an accident I shouldn't have to pay out anything at all. Seems you get penalised even if you are not at fault. And, I had a couple of Polce officers as witnesses to my accident! Didn't make any difference. Ho hum.

Did you phone them or e-mail them? Because I went with Keith Michaels after getting a DR10 a few years back and they insisted on talking with me over the phone (got me a nice discount from going to the Drink driving seminar).
