Hello guys please I need help. I just bought a LEXUS IS250 Multimedia with ML music system. The SATNAV works fine, radio works fine and AUX works fine, though the DVD/CD plays fine but there is no sound when it's playing and I can't control the volume from the steering control or even the volume control. Can anyone help with this please as it's really doing my heading and confused as I have not experienced this before since I have been using Lexus.

i had the same issue. the sound in FM/AM mode works, but not when in CD mode. I knocked around the radio and navigation a few times, hitting the dash and sides quite hard, and the sound came back. so its probably a loose connection somewhere.

Follow this "How To" and get access to the rear of entertainment unit and check All plugs are securely fastened.

looks a bit daunting but take your time and double read everything and it'll be OK, just done it myself no probs.
