Figures don't look so out anymore.

If you look at the US forum, stock dyno results are 357HP, 333 IB FT torque. You need to account for transmission loss of 15-20%.

The Lexus quoted HP doesn't do that.

Still odd that mine made bigger power than yours though Stu. :(

I'd expect the H&S to give a fair bit more? Joe Z PTS is quoted as 20HP gain.

Throttle controller wouldn't give me more HP or torque, just flatter/faster acceleration (my graph was pretty flat throughout).

Evening chaps, good to catch up with you again.

Agree, don't really get how a stock car can be 20hp lower than Peter's with an intake and 5hp lower than Stu's H&S exhaust, doesn't make sense. Peter's was the 3rd one on so maybe it took the operator 3 attempts to figure out how to get the best out of an IS F......

Info thing there is an element to that. I may go to eurospec and see what happens. Will call them first though.

20% loss puts mine at 435bhp. 20% loss is standard really but the manual cars also suffer similar loss but made claimed figures??

No, manual cars suffer less power loss according to what I've read on the US forums.

Reason we exceed the US cars is we were running 98+ RON. Fuel is generally no more than 95 RON in the States (and that's their good stuff! Lol).

I would like to do another run with Stu to see if it comes out differently on a different dyno if we can?

Can't see why the H&S system wouldn't add power? Maybe another of the H&S equipped cars could join us to see?

True enough on the operator getting dialled in by the time he did mine.

Be good to get a different run on another dyno for sure Stu.

May do mine there as well to see how it compares.

Let me know price/when chap.

Cheers.

Peter :)

I'll call them this week and see what they say about running autos. It would be good to have a second set of results to mull over. Eurospec rollers does AFR as well.

Steve and Stu.

Can you both scan and email me over your dyno graphs please?

Got a friend in NJ whose race tuning shop are willing to look into them for me. :)

Now AMD have confirmed the figures are at the flywheel, we are down on power for sure. :(

Appreciate the other dyno should give better data, but no harm in seeing what a proper race shop can do with the data.

Cheers.

Peter :)

Seriously? I'm just trying to see if there are any clues in the data Stu.

If you can salvage it (was laminated! Lol), can you email it to me please!

Email as above please Steve. :)

Cheers chaps.
