Cheers chaps.

Charlie - yeah. Rears needed replacing and fronts were fine. Wasn't worth coughing up extra 400 just for having the same tyres.

Looking good Stu. :)

I'll be getting a full set of the Vredsteins for mine soon.

Very good tires. The Supra guys have been using them for a while now.

Mine needs cleaning AGAIN!! :(

Poxy Sahara desert sand all over it at the moment! Lol.

Another job for the weekend! ;)

To be honest, it needs a clay bar taken to it but as much as i enjoy cleaning the beats that is a step too far for me. If it buys a clay bar iw ill en up with a foam lance, polishing machine, power washer etc etc and it will become a day/weekend job.

Think ill keep up with my process this year and maybe get it professionally cleaned next year.

I just bought a clay bar kit this week so hopefully all being well and we aren't all covered in dust again it shall get an airing. Never used one before so scarily excited about trying something new.

Hey Andy,

Most important thing is to keep the surface moist mate.

I use Meguiars Quick Detailer.

You also need to make sure you pick off any larger tar/dirt particles from the clay, and fold the dirt into the clay frequently.

If you drop the clay on the ground, best off binning it for a new piece.

Concentrate on specific areas, and make sure you buff the area after you've finished claying it with a microfiber.

I tend to mask off trim and seals as well with detailing tape. Just prevents you from getting lumps of clay in places that are hard to remove! ;)

Hope this helps. :)

Yeah parked outside. Hasn't marked it but you can feel it in some areas. Gay

Came home from work today and more sand on it after I cleaned it. Wrongly thought the sand had buggered off!

Different schools of thought. IMO, as long as rear and fronts are the same on both sides there are no issues.

What you don't want is different tyres on the front or different tyres on the back or when cornering or accelerating/braking you will have varying levels of grip at the front/rear and the car will be harder to control.
