Hey LOC!

I have a sractcy noice comming from the right side rear wheel while turning left but ONLY when turning left... ( i am sure it comes from there had a mate playing dog out the window to listen haha )

I have read on another forum about the same problem being a plate that the p-brake is mounted on or a broken part inside the p-brake, but that was on the is 250 and 350 and i dont know if its the same on the is 200... so please do tell if you have had the same problem and how to fix it!

Thanks!

well it woulden make sense sinse its only when i turn left.. meaning that the right wheel ( the one scratcing ) will move further away from the car and arche due to the suspention pushing it down... so i only see parts moving down with it as possible suspects :zorro::zorro:

no one haveing this issue on the is 200?? i have found plenty about this problem nut only on is 250 - 350's and gs's

Sounds like back plate catching inner edge of rear disc.the back plate has a lip that corrodes and swells and catches the disc.only catches when loaded on a corner

Well it would make sense if only one arche is scraping ;) cuz mine only does one way. The plastic covering thingy i mean. But yeah back plates can be common issue but i thought one back more so?
