Where Best To Sell

Would appreciate members thoughts on where to advertise car for sale in order to avoid the usual time wasters and car sharks. How do you find someone who is aware of the virtues of the SC 430 and does not start the conversation by quoting Top Gear! How do you find someone that you feel deserves to own your car?

Can't you try on here ,in the open forum as well as the sc430 section ,and what about piston heads.although once you sell you will regret as were going to have a blistering summer.

To sell on the LOC you are required to be a paid up gold member :)

I notice Pistonheads only have 4 430SC s for sale and there are 28 or so on Autotrader.. I sold my last car on Pistonheads.

Some dealers are asking very high prices for MK2 (6)speeds.. I would try Pistonheads as the car does get someone looking for it who usually has done some homework.

Thanks for advice, I eventually put it on AutoTrader and it sold within 12 hours to the person from whom I bought it!!

I agree that this is not the time to be parting with a car of this quality.

I have left the details on Autotrader because I thought that the BBS alloys might be of interest. In my humble opinion they give the car the right look without going over the top. I do accept the many comments re originality. Than you.
