I would just like to mention Lexus in Stoke. I only went in to change the Battery in my key fob. They could not do enough for me. Made me coffee, said go and have a look around the cars they had to sell. Came out to me on their forecourt to tell me they had finished putting the new Battery in, I know they cost a mint to use, but all the same it was very pleasant. Not used to this from dealers. I was speaking to a guy there with his LS460 just in for a service. No change out of £750. He said he wished he had kept his old 400. Just thought I would share this with everyone. Tom.

Tom, I just purchased my IS250 SE-L from Lexus Stoke and I must say the service I received at the handover was very good. We went out to look at the car and they had another tea already waiting for me by the time we came back in.

Tom, the fact that the guy with the LS460 wished he had kept his old LS400 speaks volumes for it. I'm hoping I can hold on to my mk4 for a good few more years yet......best Lexus ever made. (My local dealer says the same).
