Knocking Noise

Hi all I get a clunk/knocking noise from under car mainly when going from drive to reverse(not gearbox as it will clunk when the car moves, same when going from reverse to drive) it is only 1 clunk when the car moves back or forward, and it may do it every now and then when stopping sharply then pulling away,

Any advise pls

Change your differential oil. When was the last time it was done?

If that doesn't have any effect it's likely to be transmission mounts.

But most likely diff oil

It sounds like it's some sort of mount because it's not when you select gear it's when you take power the sound is as if something is loose or not screwed down, so I'm thinking of some sort of mount
