Descent mechanics are pretty rare anywhere these days, fitters it seems are the norm today... So sorry but I think your going to have to search on your hands.....

Aky-B, depends how far you are prepared to travel. I use two guys near Hemel Hempsted who run a garage called Japex. They are brilliant. Know Lexus motors inside out. Are very accommodating and won't rip you off. You can find them online.

Thx alyg and Titch. I have a mate at Lexus ,but it's not as 'easy as it used to be ' for him to work on my car,hence the search!
