Knocking When Braking

Hello. The knocking starts when i brake at low speeds(50km/h and below) and mostly before the car stops. Every time at front wheels(left and right). Knocking is more intense when i'm braking downwards(video).Sometimes when i brake till the car stops and then when i'm taking off it knocks a little bit. The knocking is coming somewhere from the brakes area. When i'm reversing and then braking, no knocking at all. Does somebody have a clue what cause this knocking?

I have this on mine aswell buddy, its only happening on the drivers side of my car.

Iv spent ages trying to work/find out what it is and iv noticed for me that its a lower bush (i shall post a eBay link for the part so you can see exactly what im talking about).

Its causing some play witch is resulting in a clunking/knocking noise. Mainly happens just before you come to a stop or go over a speed bump ect..

Although this is only my problem it may not be the same for you, just something you may wish to look at..

you can replace the whole part for £114 or just get a replacement bush for £18.

heres the part:
