I made it. After saying goodbye on the 220d/200d Forum, I landed safely in a good place. Good to be here.

Enjoyed catching up with lots of topics on the 300h, some worrying (like the service costs) but time will tell.

For now, all I can say is the first 6 weeks have not disappointed, particularly the 15 to 20% decrease in fuel consumption for short local journeys. Noticeable that hills (plenty in Wales) and junctions still make a big difference but I am pleased.

2 long motorway journeys to date have been about same as the diesels - 48 to 50 mpg - but with lower fuel costs per litre.

Look forward to contributing or raising more topics.

I picked up my 300h last week and love it too! Economy is good but agree it goes down on the hills!

I can't comprehend what the problem is with the service costs. My first service came in at £171. A lot cheaper than Volvo ever was.
