Hi

I'm new to Gs300 after having ls400 for ages and wonder if anyone can help. It's a 2005 new shape and it's a lovely car. But today the low tire thing came up on display, so if I put air In it does it reset itself or do I have to reset it and if so, how do I reset it.

Thanks in advance

If there is no issue with the TPMS - then it should go off I believe when you refill the tyre pressure to the correct pressure.

If it fails to go off you may need to reset the system - the button on the 2005 GS 300 is located under the steering column close to where the diagnostic connection is or under the glove box. If you have the manual, cant remember what page, it will give you instructions on how to reset the TPMS system and exactly where it is located..

If the light still stays on you might need to get in touch with a tyre fitter that has the right diagnostic tools to locate which sensor is faulty.

I have the same problem - a couple of the sensors are buggered so I brought some new ones £45 each from eurocarparts. I have decided to get all four replaced - which will cost £45 incl VAT for changing over new senor and rebalancing wheels and £40 to reprogram the sensors.

Hope this helps.
