Has anyone managed to purchase a manual for the IS200 2001 Sport model.

I managed to pay nearly £20 for a DVD from emanualonline.com, that doesn't load on my laptop.

Been through their ticket system and nothing, not even an offer to refund.

What's your experience of this website?

I have used them before but can't remember if it was for my GS manuals or the VAG ones for the Corrado and Audi convertible. It did work though whichever it was.

DVD (not download) for IS200 didn't work for me as they require a lessor system to run on and they haven't resolved it. I've asked for a refund but so far silence - even the 08708904499 customer service number isn't recognised. Just emailed them, and waiting for a reply. I have raised a ticket, but they are ignoring to resolve it. I paid £19.48 for something that doesn't work. Certainly won't be recommending this service for IS200.

Sorry if they are in anyway 'in Partnership' with this Club - people need to be aware.

most of the is200 manuals online and on cd or dvd will only work with internet explorer 10 or less so if you've updated to explorer 11 it will not work so you need to uninstall IE11 and get IE10.

www.emanualonline.com is a big SCAM. Stay away from they. And keep your money on your pocket.

I was cheated too by this website. And i write a full review about. I want to keep going and tell peoples about all these SCAM websites..

I placed an order for the workshop edition of the smart car 2007-2014 incl brabus (451).  They sent complete 2007-2010 manuals which were completely free online. These did not include the workshop manual, nor anything stated in the description online.  I tried to give them the opportunity to refund my money prior to posting this review. The only response they gave was 'what year was your vehicle?'

 

Do not purchase from this company. It is nothing but a sham.
