The Passenger can't lower their window. but I can do so on the drivers side.

Is this something to do with the Battery having been disconnected recently and if so what is the remedy?

BTW the rear windows are operatable via the rear switchesd.

Many thanks.

Stuart

This sounds like an issue with the passenger side - either a motor or relay has stopped working.

The Battery being disconnected shouldn't cause any issues.

Can you operate the Passenger window from the Drivers side ?

Hopefully a good auto-electrician can sort this out for you without too much expense.

Try reprogramming the window I think you lower it all the way holding the switch down and then the same back up from the drivers control.

Once done it should work again

I didn't know there was a reset procedure - great to know so thanks for this

Excellent - thanks Steve. I thought it was not going to work when first tried but after exerting a lot more pressure on the switch it went down and then up using passenger switch. Will get the wife to raise and lower it a few times on a journey as maybe the contacts have got a bit soiled through non use.
