Washer Issue On.lower Control Arm

I have had both my lower control arms replaced. Due to rust and the previous bolts seizing I require new bolts.

My issue is that with the bolt comes 2 washers. Lexus can supply the bolt but only 1 washer. My mechanic said he can make another washer but for temporary use until lexus deliver the second washer.

Can't I just use the temporary washer. Why do I need the oem part??

Thanks

hi if your talking about the bolt and washer that is used for adjusting the camber it should be just one washer as the other washer is stuck to the bolt like in the pic or are you say that lexus can get you a bolt for each side but only one washer if so you can use one of the old washers as they have the cut/groove in the washer for the bolt to go through so you can adjust the camber.

I think it's two bolts and only one washer. If we can't use the old washers due to rust etc... If a temporary one is made can I still get my wheel alignment done?
