New Lexus Is200 Owner! Have A Few Strange Issues With The Car.

Hi there!
Totally new to the world of Lexus, long time admirer, now first time owner. I've checked out all the forum, and can't seem to find these issues anywhere, so i decided to post, i know i'm new here but i hope you can help me.
I purchased an 04 IS200, with 100k miles It's the se version, fully loaded, with the nav etc. Everything seems to be alright, apart from two strange issues.

1) I get an incredible amount of E.M.I. from my phone through the radio, it happens ALOT. What's the best path to take to rectify this?

2) The boot release button doesn't work on the key, which i'm sure i checked at the time of buying, but obviously must have missed. It seems like it doesn't want to open very well at all normally, is it a spring problem or something more sinister?

If there's any help or advice you guys / girls can give me then it'd be greatly appreciated! On a side note, it's had the cambelt done recently, and no signs of odd wear, ball joint problems, as i've heard this is a common issue.

I've put a picture of it up, let me know what you think!

Cheers guys, works a treat! Strange the only button you have to hold is the boot release, at least it's not the TC!
Is the noise i'm getting through the stereo something that anyone here has heard of before? Or could it just be some sort of electrical shielding problem with some of the wiring? I really don't want to have to start pulling every speaker out and re-insulating the cable if i don't have to.
Thanks for your replies so far though
